Obituary of Damon Nicholas Vasiliw

Damon Vasiliw, age 33, of Tucson, AZ passed away on January 23, 2021. Damon was born in Harrisburg, PA in 1987. The older of two children born to Beverly and Ted Vasiliw. Brother to Selena Vasiliw. Damon was raised in Naperville, IL where he graduated from Naperville Central High school in 2006. Upon graduation the family moved to Tucson where he enrolled at Pima Community College while also working retail. He then discovered running. And what a runner he was, winning several 5k, half marathon and finisher medals and trophies. Far more than a hobby, it was a calling. At the time of his death he was enrolled at Northern Arizona University and looking forward to completing a sociology degree. He was loved by many and will be missed by his parents, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends and acquaintances.  Job 14:14,15
